how do i turn off tow factor authentication? i don't have the email the article refers to and this is driving me nuts. its also making it so i can't access my movies from my apple tv. i input the correct code and the apple tv just takes me back the the account page. its a never ender circle of frustration. i never had these issues before the authentication was turned on.

I am sorry, once Two-Factor Verification is enabled then there is no way to disable it.
You will need to call Apple for assistance.
What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
