How I can switch off Ask To Buy if I am not using apple device? My kids have ipads only because school requested so, but I as a parent don't have any iOS device and will never have. How can I switch off this feature for my kids?

There is no such option. Once again - I don't have iOS device, only my kids have. When I log on and tap family member's name there is only notice that Ask To Buy is ON for this member. There is no option to change this setting.
Did you try to turn off any restrictions in the settings for screen time on the iPads, to be able to change that setting?
Yes, I turned off all restrictions. It did not help.
Did the school install any software on the phone to manage the devices?
No, there is no any special App that will allow school to manage device.
