I have tried sending my IMEI number to cop@vsnl.net but it says this:
Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to cop@vsnl.net because the domain vsnl.net couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.
Is there anyone who can help me with an email address?

You don't send your IMEI anywhere. You do two things. First, you visit https://www.icloud.com/find. Log in with your lost phone's Apple ID and follow the instructions to mark it lost/stolen. While you are there, see if you can locate it.
After that, call your cellular provider and ask them how to proceed to get a new SIM to put into your replacement phone.
