Can your photo gallery be hacked?

When I deleted photos the next day or so they come back. Can Your photo gallery be hacked? If so how can I request a security sweep on my iPhone and Mac?

It's possible that your iCloud account could be compromised, because someone's guessed your password or tricked you into disclosing it. They could then tamper with your iCloud photo library. Change your iCloud password.
