I recently downloaded and app that you could use it for free or pay for a premium version. I chose to pay the premium version that had a week of free trial. The day after I canceled this subscription because I didn't like the app and then I realized that my card got charged for the amount of the subscription. I called my bank and they told me that I have to call Apple. What can I do?

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
