What happens when you try to use Recovery Mode? Are you sure the iPhone is charged? If none of that helps, then you need to schedule service on the device. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider, or use the link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support.
