iPhone 11 Pro Max damaged in the box.

Hi, I bought a iPhone 11 Pro Max from one of your resellers and the phone was damaged on the top edge, on the stainless steel. And on the backside there’s a area with some sort of discoloring or some kind of damage. The box wasn’t damaged so I don’t understand how this is possible. I wondering if there’s some guarantee that will cover this?
