contact name

my contact name don't show up only the phone number.

In 'Settings' at the top, check to be sure you are signed in. If or when you are, then confirm your phone number, trusted contacts and devices are listed there, and properly identified with device info. Then go to each setting:


Phone - confirm the number is your correct number.


iMessage - Confirm iMessage is on, you are signed in with your AppleId, and send/receive includes both your Appleid AND phone number.


Facetime - Confirm accuracy and settings are on and 'Receive' includes both your AppleId and phone.


Contacts - On your picture, at the top, inside Contacts, click it and confirm your name and number is correct. The rest is your option to complete.


I would also check App store and Itunes to confirm your Appid is signed in and all is accurate.


You could then turn off / on your device.


If device info is not accurate in first step OR it still doesn't show your AppleId after above contact Apple support straight away.
