HI,
Not sure how but the phone icon is gone. It was on the first page menu bar but no longer. It is not on any other page or directory as I can see. Settings shows it as installed, and I can recive calls.. but can not make (no phone app)?
Its an iPhone 11 pro, running 13.3..

Have you checked to ensure that it is not in a folder? When you search for the Phone app, it should show a folder name if it is in a folder. Check this before tapping on the phone app after your search. Otherwise, you can go to Setting>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. However, understand this will remove all folders, except ones that iOS creates, and clear all of your icon page moves.

Its more than likely on a secondary home screen or in a folder.
swipe down on the home screen and search for phone.
Thanks the home screen reset fixed it, I assumed at first it had moved but could not find it in any screen or folder
