MacBook Pro crashed after twice logic board and once flash storage replacement

My MacBook Pro crashed after the 2nd time logic board and once flash storage replacements into a very short time period, 2 months.

The report I´ve got was

** MCA Error Report ***CPU Machine Check Architecture Error Dump (CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7360U CPU @ 2.30GHz, CPUID: 0x806E9) CATERR detected! No MCA data found.

Please tell me if this is a hardware or a software problem. (I have no external sources connected to this machine).

The computer is on warranty period until may 2020. Now the computer is at an official Apple Repair Centre in Portugal for the 4th time since november 2019 to january 2020. Today from Apple Support Portugal I´ve got the answer that the machine has a software problem, but I doubt.

Machine check is a hardware issue—take it back.

You have a 90 warranty on all parts and services.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
