Same question, what is connected to the Thunderbolt ports?

But I will also point out you have a lot of 3rd party kernel extensions, including 2 different virtual machines

com.vmware.kext.vmnet	1688.01.31
org.virtualbox.kext.VBoxNetAdp	6.1.8
org.virtualbox.kext.VBoxNetFlt	6.1.8
org.virtualbox.kext.VBoxUSB	6.1.8
org.pqrs.driver.Karabiner.VirtualHIDDevice.v061000	6.10.0
zoom.us.ZoomAudioDevice	1.2

You might try an SMC reset

Maybe do some house cleaning on your kernel extensions
