My Outlook calendar quit syncing to my phone. I think this happened after an update. Any ideas as to getting it to sync again over the cloud?

Sync with way? You enter an event on your desktop calendar and it doesn't show on your phone or you enter an event on your phone and it doesn't show up on your desktop calendar?
If the latter, make sure you choose outlook calendar when you create an event on your phone, if outlook is your default, go to settings - calendar - default calendar and make sure it is set to outlook.
