Delete IOS Software update

The 13.5 update has been nothing but a nightmare. Every day another problem arises. How do I delete the “upgrade” and go back to the previous IOS? Nothing I have seen in the Communities blog works. I have an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 6.

Everything seems to be screwing up. Email, attachments, typing, corrections and capitalization. Additional problems crop up daily.

In addition I just received an email from Apple that Find my iPhone has been switched off. The notice says: Find My iPhone has been disabled on Diagnostics’s iPad (2). With Find My iPhone disabled, this device can no longer be located, placed in Lost Mode, or remotely erased using icloud.com/find or the Find My iPhone iOS app.

What am I supposed to do now? I have both an iPad and an iPhone.

You can turn Find My on again. Go to Settings>Your Name>Find My>Find my iPad>On. You can do the same thing on the phone in the settings.

Are you having problems with the update on both devices? Sometimes a forced restart after an iOS update can help. A forced restart is performed by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo on the screen. When you see the Apple logo, let go of the buttons and let the device restart.

See if that helps at all.
