One way to do it is from a Time Machine Backup. If no then this depends on type of email service that you are using. If it is an IMAP type service then it remains in sync with your MacBook so if you delete it on your MacBook and then go empty the trash folder then the emails are permanently deleted from your MacBook and from the mail service's website. Hope you have a Time Machine backup that you can retrieve from.
