Resetting my Mac book air password
I’m am trying to reset my password and I’m at the point where I I have to enter my Apple ID and I’m getting an error what do I do?

Quite a bit of time has elapsed since you posted this question. Were you able to reset your password or the error of not being able to connect to the Apple ID server persists?
