Why does my iPhone unlock two calls when I am not present

iPhone 11 rings, opens to the calls when I am not present. The person calling is talking to “air.” You were not even in the room and the phone answered.

I understand your iPhone is answering phone calls by itself. I'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing and check that auto-answer calls is off.
