iPhone Storage

I have an iPhone SE and its got 64GB internal storage. Anyway, recently it became full of of a sudden and its this mysterious storage that is named 'Other System Data' . I don't know how to remove it from my device and I am not happy with why this happened became I don' even have that many applications and data on my iPhone. It is frustrating, can anyone figure out how I can overcome this issue so that I can get my iPhone storage back the way it was?

Many Thanks.

iPhone SE, iOS 13
