I have a mac pro 1,1 that brought back from the dead my work gave it to me for free (as the it guy dosent like apple smh...anyways lol) i noticed under serial number it says unavailable and the sticker on the back panel seems to be corroded dust, wondering if there is any way else I can find it like on the logic board it self?

As I recall, I've seen this serial # unavailable when the Logic Board was replaced & they forgot to Flash the Serial# to the board.
if you have an idea of where that repair might have been done (Apple boards are not generally available for sale) then they should be willing to "make it right" for you, provided you are reasonably nice about it.
Should be presented using ASP(top left corner About this Mac) and on the button, system report.
