I used to unlock my iPhone X by double tapping the screen (I turned off the one tap to wake bcs I didnt like that) but suddenly the double tap is not working and my pohne wakes with a single tap again. When i turn it off the double tap is not working anymore. Can I fix it somehow ?

It’s expected to wake your iPhone from sleep using just one tap. There is no setting to adjust this to two taps. Take a look at the following articles for more details on how this works and other options to wake your iPhone:
