Is it possible to download old Mac OS, like 7.x or 8.x? If it's possible, What should I do to take it? Maybe there is an Official Apple repository to find what I need!

You might find CDs for sale.
System versions 6.0.3/6.0.5/6.0.8/7.0/7.0.1/7.5.3 were once made available for download from Apple (in addition to certain updates and utilities, etc). Some links may still be active. Are you looking for an operating system for a specific old Macintosh model? If so, do you have access to another pre-1998 Mac (with a built-in floppy drive) that can be used as an intermediary (or what else do you have to work with in order to transfer files and/or create bootable floppies)?
