Phone & IPad message that FaceTime & iMessage being used on new Apple Watch
I have not logged onto a new Apple Watch & need help understanding this banner message on my iPhone & iPad

You can view all devices signed in with your Apple ID in Settings > [your name}. From here you can look to see if there are any unknown devices signed in with your Apple ID.
