apple id, old iphone, and icloud

first thing first, I really need y'all help. so my iphone 5 was locked so long because i forgot which apple id that i used on this phone, it's locked because i update the software anyway. i tried to login but it can't and my apple id was locked too.

the good news is my apple id was unlocked these days, but the bad news is this apple id cannot login into the iphone, it said my apple id cannot be used to unlock the iphone.

there's an account recommendation on the top, but it's not mine. so i really really need you guys help. i want to login back to my iphone and i want to manage my apple id. oh, the security question on that id cannot be reset bcs minus of information.

If this is a used device, you will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless. 


Activation Lock - Turn off Find My iPhone 


If you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
