I have issue with my old iphone 6s plus, it is locked by apple ID and I did not know it at all

Without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner who set up the phone, you will never be able to use it. We cannot help and Apple will not unless you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number. You can recycle the device at any Apple Store...
