hello,

if you click on download macos 10.15.3 combo update from https://support.apple.com/downloads/macos, you get 10.15.2 always - direct download link or details page.

if you search other webs for download link, you can find the right one.

the difference is 'viewlocale=en_US' in url.

pretty unpleasant, the download is huge, the install time too.. just to realize you can't count on apple website..
