Deleting stubborn emails

I can't trash/delete 5 specific emails - these are legitimate responses from 2 companies responding to my emails. EVERYTHING I've tried does NOT WORK. All other emails are deleted by normal process without a problem.

Any experiences out there like this? Help please?
