Changing region of iPhone
I am having trouble changing my region on my iPhone from the UK to the US. Could you please tell me how to get this done. (I have no subscriptions on the account)

Are there any subscriptions that need to finish? Is there any store credit that your Apple ID has? That will need to be used up. Follow all the instructions listed under "What to do before you change your country or region" in Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support. Also, you can't be in a family sharing plan.
