What does " Can't get core function pointer" in LOGIC PRO 10 mean?

What does " Can't get core function pointer" in LOGIC PRO 10 mean? Izotope's Nectar fails validation on startup and this error message What does " Can't get core function pointer" seems to be the problem

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

A function pointer is a memory address, where Logic Pro finds the program code for the plug-in. Looks like you need to update your Izotope plug-ins.
