Alarms

If i’m on the phone like on facetime and I have alarm for the morning will it go off as the same sound or will it be lower. Also I want to make sure my alarms go off from my ringer volume and not my sound volume, how do I do that, because whenever I try to change my ringer volume to make my alarms louder it goes off of based on the volume sound. Please any response is needed.
