My problem is that my iPad asks me for an activation ID since I bought it from someone else and that person gave it up as lost and blocked it, how can I contact the previous owner so he can unlock it?

Activation locked iPhone I bought an iPhone for my daughter, but when I went to set it up, it got to a screen saying I needed to enter the owner’s id and password. Activation lock on a second hand iPad I bought a iPad off of marketplace it was factory reset it still has a activation lock how do I get rid of that so I can set up the iPad for me I can't get ahold of the owner

the org owner needs to do the following

Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support

how you contact the previous owner depend on where you purchased I guess

apple can't help you there
