Logitech Pebble not showing up as a Bluetooth device in Shortcuts.app

I have a Logitech pebble mouse paired with my iPad Pro (2018, 11inch, running iPad OS 13.3.1). I was hoping to be able to the Shortcuts app to create a personal automation so that whenever my iPad connected to the mouse, AssistiveTouch would be turned on automatically. Shortcuts would appear to support this workflow except that when I look for Bluetooth devices, the mouse does not show up.

All other Bluetooth devices show up and I have tried this on both the iPad Pro and an iPhone XR.

Anyone else having this (or a similar issue)?
