Trashed out the Files- Need to Recover

MacBook Pro running out of storage space so I deleted 5GB unnecessary data, video & audio files and apps etc. Somehow my college project file trashed out. Please help me to get back.

how do i clean up space from "other?" Hello, The "other" section of my MacBook is taking up tons of space and is effecting the performance of my MacBook. However, I am not able to view what files are in this "other" section and therefore cannot clear out space. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Deleted files from Trash My Mac disc was getting full, and looks like files that were in the trash were deleted automatically to make space. how can I find some of these files Mac deleted from the trash to make room on my disc?

If you have a Time Machine backup you could restore the files from there.
