iPhone battery low and flash disabled

My iPhone 11 flash won’t enable at all. It appear as a caution symbol and when tapped, the message “Flash is disabled. The iPhone battery is low and needs to be charged before you can use the flash” comes up. This occurs no matter how much the phone is charged, even to 100%. Does any one else have this problem?

Hello Carlino_momma,

I use my camera quite often, so can understand why you need that flash available, especially when the device is fully charged. To help isolate this issue, I have a few steps for you to look over and try. To start, look over and follow the steps on this page: If the flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working

I hope these steps help you out.

Best regards!
