Detailed PDF Statement for App Store?

Is there some way to get a PDF statement for a months worth (or any period of time) worth of transactions from the App Store and/or iTunes that doesn't involve opening iTunes and using the tool that doesn't actually let you make a printed record? With the number of random unidentified charges appear on my CC as "APPLE.COM/BILL" with zero additional info like a transaction number so you have to muddle through the iTunes to manually check your transactions (maybe) assuming you can differentiate one $4.99 transaction from the next. There has to be a better way to do this. Literally every money management tool as a way to line up transactions with services so validate your orders so it's easy to narrow down what you have to check manually. Unless there is some secret way of getting a proper statement, Apple is clearly obfuscating this on purpose.
