AirDrop not working after upgrading to Catalina

I could AirDrop from my iPhone no problem until I upgraded to Catalina. Now my Mac Mini is undiscoverable in AirDrop.

I've restarted Bluetooth, Wifi on both devices. I also notice that when going to AirDrop in the Finder, I can set it to "Contacts Only" or "Everyone", but if I open another folder and come back to AirDrop in the Finder, it's reverted back to "No One".

Anyone else have this problem?
