How do I get MacOS Mojave 10.14 from the App Store? ...all it allows now (1/30/2020) is MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6.
My new TurboTax (for my 2019 taxes) Home & Business requires MacOS Mojave 10.14.

I can confirm what Glenn LeBlanc said -- I am running 10.13.6 and TurboTax for the tax year 2019 does work. However the program did warn that next year (tax year 2020) Mojave (10.14) will be required for TurboTax to run.
TurboTax says minimum requirement is High Sierra. You should be able to run it.
Mojave is no longer available in the app store.
Well what is said is true. It's not in the App Store list. However, it is available from there with that special link. I didn't have that link on hand.
TurboTax 2020 requires that I have MacOS Mojave 10.14 The App store will not give me that update.
