Conference calling

When I am on the phone with my husband then he conference calls another person. The other party and my husband can no longer hear me but I can hear both of them. This is happening with all members on the family sharing. Does anyone have the same issue and how can this be resolved.

Conference calling is a carrier service. Try contacting their tech support.
