Bluetooth device does not show forget this device option

Hello everyone,

I have troubles pairing my smartband watch with iphone SE. It appears as device but without i icon that allows to choose forget this device option. I tried deleting Smart time app, reseting network settings, turn off/on the phone but I still can’t pair the watch. I can connect it to Bluetooth as it appears on the list but I can’t connect it to the app. Please help.
