Forgotten apple ID and password
There was some panel issue with ipad so I sent it for repair locally... now it is asking my apple ID and password which I forgot long time ago... please help me in this regard

See if you can recover the ID/password.
Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
