I was charged 82.99 for a subscription I don’t use !!

I would like you to refund me for a subscription I don’t use. I the same issue last year

We are users like you, not Apple employees, so we don't have access to your data to make the changes you are requesting.


Have you cancelled the subscription?


Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple 


Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
