You would have to sign in with a complete Apple ID account.

Do I get free months

You get a free 7 day trial period to Apple TV+ when you sign up (subscribe) regularly.

You get a year worth free access to Apple TV+ when you sign up after buying a qualifying Apple device.

Do I need a subscription

The Apple TV app allows acces to:

• iTunes Store movies and TV shows. These are buy or rent. Payed for through your Apple ID account.
• Apple TV+. These are Apple original content. Requires a subscription. Does not include iTunes Store movies and TV shows.
• other select premium channels when subscribing through the Apple TV app.

Hello,

A Samsung TV does not qualify for a free year of Apple TV+. You will need to subscribe to Apple TV+ within the Apple TV application.

It is also quite rude to type in all caps. This comes off as if you are yelling.
