Can't sync Maps favorites to MacBook

Hi,

I can't find the Maps app in System Preferences -> Internet Accounts -> iCloud ...

Does the Maps app should be there?

Finder Sidebar favorites: How do I sync these favorites across macOS machines? I use multiple macOS devices a day and frequently use the sidebar favorites to quickly get to items I'm actively working on. Yet, when I put a folder in Sidebar Favorites, this choice does not get synchronized to my other machines. Has anyone found a way, or an application, that can do that?
