How do I stop my messages from going to both of our phones?
on your phone, go to settings -> messages -> send and receive
there you can modify the address where you can receive messages and reply from.
if under settings and the first item is not your name but your husbands, then you need ether create a new Apple ID, or just log out and log in with yours.
Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
Stop sharing an Apple ID, each user needs their own. You can use Family Sharing if you want to share certain things, but you'll need your own ID and set your iPhone (or his) with this new ID.
Use different AppleIDs. They are not meant to be shared.
