iphone 7 no sound

Had to call apple support. I was outside of the warranty but after much trouble-shooting (including three different kinds of factory resets) it became clear that this was an issue caused by apple’s recent update. They went ahead and took my phone in for repair on their dime.

Same issue, immediately after update 13.3.1. I can make calls, but cant hear anyone and no one can hear me. Can't hear dial tone. Speakerphone button is grayed out as well. Was working fine prior to update. Apple support says other people with Iphone 7 having similar problems after the update.

Since updating to 13.3.1 a few days ago my iPhone7 stutters, apps freeze or exit suddenly, the screen has frozen completely, the screen has gone completely black, acts weird when making calls, battery drains. All within less than a week and I have never ever had these kinds of problems with this phone until I updated so clearly it is the update. In spite of restart and forced restart etc.

yes It’s no recognize my iPhone and it’s written that I update it to 13.3.1

Did u manage to fix it? What did u do? I have exactly the same and it drivesme crazy
