Hello again sucheta162,
Considering the troubleshooting steps you've already completed, the next steps we recommend are backing up and then restoring your iPhone as new. Before loading your data back to your iPhone, make sure you test it out to see if you experience the same thing.
After testing it out you can then restore from your backup to get all of your data back.
It's possible the issue might not be present itself right after restoring to factory setting but is put back onto your iPhone via the backup you restore from. In this case you might have to restore to factory settings again and load your content back individually instead of using a backup. This can be fairly easy to do if you use iCloud since most things can be synced back to your iPhone just by signing back into iCloud via Settings. Your apps and other previously purchased content can be redownloaded using the steps here: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books. If you choose to go this route, we recommend downloaded your apps one at a time and checking to see if you start to experience the same issue after each one. This will help narrow down whether it's happening due to a specific app.
Cheers!

Hello sucheta162,
It sounds like you're receiving alerts on your iPhone that say "invalid input" and you're unsure of where they are coming from and how to stop them. I'm happy to help you out with this.
If you haven't done so already, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone. This is a simple step that can solve a lot of different issues. If you think back to when you first started seeing the alert, do you recall it happening after installing a specific application? If so, you may want to try deleting the app from your iPhone to see if the alerts stop. If you've installed a lot of apps recently and/or just aren't sure which one could be the culprit, you may want to delete recently downloaded apps one by one until you're able to narrow down which app is causing it to happen.
If you continue to experience the same thing, respond back with answers to the following questions:
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Take care.
