On iPhone 14 Pro, notifications are ALWAYS staying on the lock screen when in 'Stack' mode, they are not set to Persistent, and are set to Banner Style Temporary for the App, but they do not go away until manually cleared. Is this a bug?
One would think so but as I say this is a new feature. Apple don't give out training to us volunteers.

I would assume it is a feature of the new Stack option but you are welcome to report it as a bug here
Thanks for replying. If Notifications are set to Temporary, you’d think they would display temporarily. Unless I’m just missing something.
PS I never use temporary to avoid missing any.
