after 15.5 update notifications/pop-ups for apps are not working, I have tried resetting all settings, updated iPhone to 16.6, checked if background app refresh is enabled, checked if it DND isn’t enabled etc. tried everything that google offered but still it is not working. Maybe there are simple fix for this I don’t know about?

No, scheduled summary is not enabled. It seems that reinstalling the applications helps. Pop up’s and notifications comes immediately. Thanks for the help.
