I'm not a techy, need help desperately:

  1. iPhone shut down stating "supportapple.com/phone/restore (HELP!!!)
  2. how do I transfer iPhone pics to pc laptop (I've tried 3 different online suggestions to no avail) HELP!!!

It's in recovery mode. You need to plug it into your computer and restore iOS using iTunes.

If your photos were not already backed up or synced to the cloud, they're gone. It's too late to back them up now. You need to do that before something goes wrong.
