My files are not downloading

Unable to download the voice control files. Tried many times Bt always shows the same error

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

From reading your post, it sounds like that you're unable to get the Voice Control. I'd like to help. Currently Voice Control is only available in the US: Use Voice Control on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch If you live in another region, you might see it but you'll be unable to download it.

Let me know if this isn't the case.
