If I Apple Pay someone and I’m blocked will they still receive the money?

Yes, they will still receive the Apple Pay even if you are blocked. The transaction will still go through.

You should not be able to send money to someone who has you blocked. Why would you send money to someone you have blocked? If it was an accident and it went through you have to figure out a way to get the money back. Go here for more information - Apple Pay Customers
