Does anyone know why the Mail junk filter has become so overzealous and inaccurate?
Mine junks messages from longstanding and regular senders, albeit automated ones, messages like order confirmations etc., even though the sending address is in Previous Pecipients, in my Contacts etc. and has been for years.
Drives me nuts.

Yup, thanks, know all that - having been using Mail siren it first came out. The problem is that the settings don't work, they are over-ridden or ignored in the case of longstanding contacts, which I have clicked as 'not junk' dozens of times.
